| 中国人均水资源量少、水资源时空分布不均，近年来经济社会对水资源需求日益增大。在相关领域科技成果的大力支撑下，中国走出了一条有效的水资源管理之路，实现了水资源的高效利用和有效保护。但目前在水资源开发利用的科技活动中仍存在一定的现实制约，本文进行了一定分析，并提出了对策建议。 |

| There are less water resources per capita and uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in China. In recent years, the demand for water resources in economic society is increasing. Under the strong support of scientific and technological achievements in related fields, China has stepped out an effective way to manage water resources and realized the efficient utilization and effective protection of water resources. However, there are still some practical constraints in the scientific and technological activities of water resource development and Utilization. This article makes some analysis and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
